Urgent Medical Evacuation The insurance company will make sure that the insured person is taken to the nearest and most suitable clinic/ hospital, either in his/ her country of residence or the nearby country; once the care have been completed, he/ she will be sent back home at the insurer’s expenses.
Transport of non-accompanied children
In case of transfer of the insured person to the clinic/ hospital, the insurance company will be careful in organising the transport of the lonely child to a specified destination.
Companion at the clinic/ hospital
In case of transfer of the insured to the clinic/ hospital, the insurance company will organise and take care of the trip [return ticket] and the travelling expenses of a close relative in order that he/ she can stay at the insured bedside.
Cost of Foreign Consultations
The insurance company will pay for the doctor’s honorary, laboratory expenses, radiography, scanners, prescribed medicine and physiotherapy.
Urgent Dental Cost If an accident causes dental injuries, the insurance company will organise and arrange that urgent remedies are taken in order to relieve the pain.
Local Ambulance Service
Admission Cost The insurance company will arrange the admission cost at the clinic/ hospital which include all medical care and in-patient cost; there is a condition that authorisation must be granted.
Repatriation in case of Death EUROP ASSISTANCE 24 hours a day, the team of Europ Assistance and partners will be available and ready to intervene 365 days a year.
When the contract will be given to the insured, the customer will receive a phone number that he/ she can call 24 hours a day, from anywhere, in order to get in touch with an Europ assistant.
